I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this hotel. The gentleman at check-in was not only friendly but also went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible rate for my room. The room itself was modern, updated, and extremely clean, thanks to the efficient cleaning staff. While the lack of lotion was a minor inconvenience, the overall cleanliness of the room made up for it. The hotel's convenient location and ample parking were also major pluses. Additionally, I appreciated the efficient elevator service and the pleasant breakfast hostess.
